Open Gym: Come to open stunt gym to practice any drills, exercises and to show off your skills or routine in a fun and supportive environment.

Work Ethic: You have great work ethic & understand that some skills take time and persistence.
Age Range: 13 Years & Up.

These classes assist athletes in gaining key areas of fitness for the skills they desire.
Included:
Calisthenics: A class to bring out your very own superhuman strength. This class will increase body strength, body fitness and flexibility. Sometimes it may not be your technique that is holding you back but your strength & fitness. So in this class we focus on exercises that will progress you as an athlete.
Stretch Fit: is of value to all members. Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong and healthy while maintaining your range of motion. We will also cover flyer positions for stunting.
Requirements:
Be A Part Of The Community: This program has the least requirements but we do ask that you be apart of the community as our goal is to grow and bring awareness to the sport.
Age Range: 13 Years & Up.
Our junior classes help to develop the strength, fitness and flexibility needed for all sports.
Included:
Tumbling: This class focuses on teaching new skills and the drills, exercises and progressions within each skill.
Stunting: This class focuses on teaching new skills and the drills, exercises and progressions within each skill.
Jnr Ninja: Includes a variety of exercises that will help bring out your own superhuman abilities. This class will increase body strength, body fitness and flexibility.
Stretch Fit: We take our exercise seriously and understand the importance of stretching to keep the muscles flexible, strong and healthy.
Requirements:
Safety: Children must be accompanied by an adult when entering and exiting the building.
Age Range: 8-12 Years of age.

Cody has been my coach for 4 years & never once has failed to constantly push me & inspire me to do my best. He has positive attitude and strives to keep you positive too! The ability to make you feel good about yourself even when your struggling is one of the best qualities a coach can have.
I’ve been tumbling since March 2017 and I’ve honestly had the best time! This is the longest I’ve stuck with any one sport and Cody, my coach, has made it so easy to keep coming back. I never thought I’d be able to do something so cool, especially because I hadn’t started as a child, but I can and I am and I can’t wait to keep smashing goals with the help of everyone at Stunt Culture!
